Reddi RCM works within the clients existing EHR system to provide claims follow-up only services. Our clients can track and monitor their accounts, allowing full transparency. Reddi RCM staff can see what, if any, work has been done on an account by the client preventing double work and wasted time. Transitioning your follow-up accounts to Reddi RCM will be an easy process without any downtime.

Currently, Reddi RCM does not provide initial medical billing and coding services. We do, however, perform claim corrections as needed.

Insurance only follow up services.
This includes calls to the insurance, claims appeals, corrections, document submission, and claims adjustments.

Insurance and Patient follow up services.
This includes all the insurance services listed above plus calls to patients, letters to patients, and setting up payment plans.

Claims Follow-Up

Reddi RCM will track all pending and denied claims. We contact payers and stay on top of claims.

Often times a simple correction can be made to your claims for payment. Reddi will make these corrections and resubmit the claim for payment.

Statistical Analysis
Denial Analysis

Reddi RCM provides written analysis reports of all denials received within each quarter (Q). A Denial Analysis Report lists all claims that are denied by insurance payers and the reason why they were denied.
